All such rights are reserved.  You must not use any part of the materials on our website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.  If you breach these terms of use, your right to use our website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. .

You contract with us
Each order you place shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the goods and/or services specified within it subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and conditions notified to you by us

Your payment
Purchases may be paid for by using a debit or credit card through ‘paypal’. All prices are in pounds sterling (£), and are payable in pounds sterling (£), plus any applicable taxes.

Our right to refuse a transaction
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

You delivery arrangements
 All orders are based on availability and normal delivery time in 10 working days.

Your import duty obligations
If you order goods from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.  Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Your returns
We derive pride in supplying top quality products but in case of any dissatisfaction your legal rights are protected, under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods and then return it within 21days in same condition.  If you wish to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund of any item, please contact us via email.   This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or are a commission, such as earrings or a customized tailored suit; these items are clearly marked with a '#' next to the product name.  Please ensure the e-mail address you provide to contact you is correct and working, because this is how we will confirm your order.   We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. It is your responsibility that the item reaches us in its original condition.  For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.  Where you return goods within the period specified above (other than as a result of a defect in the goods) you will be responsible for payment of the delivery charges. 

Receiving a refund
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card  account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service

Your protection
Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us on this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
In particular:

• No orders shall be accepted from persons under the age of 18
• While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web website are correct and up to date, we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy
• You must ensure that, prior to placing an order; you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected as their relevant details may have changed since you last visited this online store
• All products displayed on this web website are subject to availability
• All prices are exclusive of  packing and postage charges)
• Your payment card will be debited immediately
• No statement on this online store website shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer which cannot be excluded or restricted by law

If we fail at any time to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under them, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.  A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.  No waiver by us of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.

Entire agreement
These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.

Force majeur
Where we are prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of our business due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to the Member Partner’s workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials the date of delivery shall be postponed for the period that the circumstances continue.
